Our wines
From our vineyards located on the morainic hills near Lake Garda we produce the typical wines of the area. We look for the freshness and aromas that distinguish the products of this production area, creating a total sensorial immersion and proposing different transformation results of our grape varieties.
Bardolino Doc
Red wine symbol of eastern Lake Garda, Bardolino is the result of the vinification of three grape varieties: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Obtained by fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature and maceration in contact with the peels. It is subsequently aged in casks and bottled in mid-February.
This wine has a fruity and zesty aroma, fresh and persistent flavor
Chiaretto di Bardolino Doc
Chiaretto di Bardolino is a close relative of Bardolino. Obtained from a soft pressing and partial contact with grape peels during the maceration process which gives this wine its characteristic peach pink color.
The bland of the grapes used to produce Bardolino Chiaretto are: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
Chiaretto di Bardolino, a fresh and spring-like wine par excellence, has a floral and fruity aroma and a delicate flavor of small red fruits.
Il Moggio Corvina Veronese IGT
"Il Moggio" was the unit of measurement (variable according to the epochs and geographic zone) that was used for the sowing area before the metric system.
This intense red wine is the maximum expression of the native Veronese variety: La Corvina.

The best bunches of our Corvina are harvested and pressed with a slight delay to obtain a greater concentration of sugars. After fermentation and maceration on its own skins, the wine is aged in wooden barrels for 9 months.

We thus obtain a wine that expresses a spiced aroma with hints of cherry and morello cherry and on the palate a persistent, velvety and full-bodied taste.

Custoza Doc
Custoza is a white wine that in its simplicity can give unexpected emotions.
It is produced with the Garganega, Cortese, Trebbiano Toscano and tocai blends.

The result is a soft straw-yellow colored wine that smells fruity with hints of field grass with a fresh aromatic taste reminiscent of almonds.
Valpolicella Doc
The production area of this unique wine is born on the hills beyond Adige and is the basis of the other variants of the same appellation.

Ruby red wine produced from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes.

After a slow maceration on the skins, the wine is aged in cask for a year and bottled in March.

Thus a wine is formed with aromas of spices, cherries and morello cherries and on the palate it expresses a velvety, soft and persistent taste.

Pinot Chardonnay Veneto IGT sparkling wine
The only sparkling wine from the PERANTONI winery finds a home in this bottle.
Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay is the result of the combination of two blends: Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay from Veneto.

Through the Martinotti-Charmat refermentation method, a very light bubble is obtained, but just enough to make this wine the perfect compromise between a sparkling wine and a still wine, ideal for the whole meal but special as an aperitif.

Bright light yellow wine, the nose gives off fresh and fruity aromas while in the mouth it is fragrant, dry.

This wine should be consumed young, preferably by the pool or outdoors, placed in a bucket full of ice.
